Settings lost after shutdown-restart

The machine Z height setting is lost when the machine is turned-off and then back on. I went through the entire set up process as outlined in the controller. I printed the xy check test piece. I then turned the machine off and came back after an hour. I tried to print a simple sample and the Z height was off significantly. The machine when to the start position but was about 30 mm above the print bed. It extruded into the air. I then went through the calibration steps and got the xy test piece printed and printed my sample. I turned the printer off and came back the next day. Again, the start position was about 30-40 mm above the print bed.

Having the same issue.

Yeah it took me quite a while to figure out why my TPU print jobs all seemed to be air printing or making angel hair fuzzballs until i realized that my a350 was losing it's z calibration (at least I think it's only the z) everytime I shutdown and restarted. Was driving me crazy. TPU is hard enough.

Add to that the heated bed initial layer never properly transitions to the regular heated bed temp. So it's curling my print job unless I pause the job, shut off the bed and resume. That's with Cura or Luban.
