Introduction to R

This repository contains all data and scripts required for running the interactive slides for the workshop Introduction to R, held at the Mannheim Centre for European Social Research (MZES) on December 5, 2018.

Using the Class Materials

• Install the most recent version of R
• Install the most recent version of RStudio
• From within RStudio, install required packages: install.packages(c('learnr', 'tidyverse', 'devtools', 'roxygen2'))
• Retrieve the script and data files from https://github.com/denis-cohen/rintro
• Compile rintro.Rmd from within RStudio
