Getting Started

This website is built using Docusaurus 2, a modern static website generator.

This repository uses git submodules to link to the media repo.

To clone with the submodules use --recurse-submodules flag:

git clone --recurse-submodules https://github.com/acm-uic/acm-uic.github.io.git

To initialize the submodule on a already cloned repo use the following command:

git submodule update --init

yarn install

yarn start

This command starts a local development server and opens up a browser window. Most changes are reflected live without having to restart the server.

yarn build

This command generates static content into the build directory and can be served using any static contents hosting service.
