Display the hierarchy of nested subtasks in the task list

Optionally, allow an outline mode view with expandable/closable subtrees. This is only for when a tracker allows subtasks. But could be great when a virtual task tree is make by aggregating other tasks, allowing on one screen someone to see all of the things they need to do across different projects.

To clarify a misunderstanding I had with #39, subissues and superissues are already displayed when viewing a single issue, with options to add a new subissue. This new feature refers to a change to the task list instead.
