discard Critical Cards power on Tango One's sniper rifle allows destruction of tattoos under Windcolor Dendron

What does it affect
Card(s): Tango One - Sniper Rifle, Windcolor Dendron character card

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Use this setup
2. Play these cards to setup
3. Play the problem card
4. See error

Expected behavior
Only cards in play would be showing / destructible. Or, an error message if an under-Dendron tattoo was selected.
