SoEP Raven Destroys Echelon's Tactics? (more errata request than bug)

Describe the bug
Raven, from Sentinels of Earth Prime, also uses the custom Tactic keyword for her Ongoings. Unfortunately, Raven's Tactic Ongoings destroy every other Tactic when they come into play. This messes up Echelon. Because this is both an unintentional keyword collision and has an outsized detrimental effect on Echelon, would you consider giving Echelon a different keyword?

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Put Echelon and Raven on the same team.
2. Play one of Echelon's Tactics.
3. Play one of the Raven's Tactics.
4. Watch Echelon's Tactic get destroyed while providing minimal benefit.

Expected behavior
This is correct RAW, but I'm not sure it should be.

Additional context
Most keyword collisions between decks happen deliberately, or at least knowingly. This isn't one of them. Echelon can't afford to upkeep more than one Tactic per turn without help, but she can't afford to constantly lose her Tactics out-of-turn either.

I realize that without designer endorsement this is technically asking you to implement a houserule. For what it's worth, the designer gave a thumbs-up to someone who houseruled it for their own game.

...I probably can learn modding and make a fork of this mod to do myself for my own use? But I figured I'd ask.
