Bug with Nightlore Starlight and Celestial Aura?

Describe the bug
Celestial Aura not working with Nightlore Council Starlight?

What does it affect
Card(s): NIghtlore Council Starlight
Deck(s): Starlight

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Use this setup
   Play as Nightlore Council Starlight
   Play a constellation next to one of the Starlights
   Play Celestial Aura
   Damage the Starlight next to the Constellation (I put the Constellation next to Starlight of Asheron) with Celestial Aura

2. Play these cards to setup
   See above

3. Play the problem card
   See above

4. See error
   The game asks "Select a Starlight to use the power"
   Then the game asks "Select a Starlight to deal the damage" (why?)

Expected behavior
If you select the Starlight which has the constellation, Celestial Aura says "when you damage a hero target next to a constellation, the hero gains this much xp"
But the game does not restore the xp, it just does the damage.
I should note that in my game, Siren (from the next Sentinels game, "Sentinels of Earth-Prime") has made damage irreducible. I don't know if that is causing the bug.

I couldn't get this bug to happen, with or without Siren. Could it have been some effect from the villain? If you see it happen again, please upload the game log.
