When the Backdoor the run for the first time it copies it self to the StartUp dictionary of the current user and executes the execute function.The Windows runs all the files in StartUp dictionary after boot so, each time the system boots our backdoor is started and the execute function is executed.
Using this tool is to violating the user rights so i am not responsible of your good and bad usage of the Backdoor
