1.User first signs up in our portal Risk Assess.
2.Log into the System using your account to start generating risk assessments

User can have a detail knowledge of every diseases that RiskAssess can predict for our users and its symptomps

Select the type of disease for which you want to generate risks

Input the Patient's Vitals (Suppose user wants to check for any heart disease)

Click on Submit

Get Assessment Result
