This is a ruby based version of Tic Tac Toe you can play on your Terminal.

To Play:

git clone https://github.com/SpencerCDixon/Tic-Tac-Toe.git tictactoe
cd tictactoe
ruby play_game.rb

After starting game with ruby play_game.rb just follow the instructions in Terminal
