This repository contains electronics, mechanical, embedded and PC side software into researching how PPG sensors work.
- Electronics contains the various iterations of PPG sensors
- Software contains the software needed for the project, either embedded or PC side software
- Scripts contain data analysis software
- Mechanical contains drawings of casing/mechanisms etc
This project makes extensive use of submodules, use git clone --recurse-submodules https://github.com/Squantor/PPG_sensor_research.git to clone the repository and its submodules in one go.
