npm install

npm install -g truffle

truffle compile

ganache-cli (port: 8545) or run Ganache aplication (port: 7545)

truffle migrate

ng serve

use a browser with Metamask and select private network

install ipfs

ipfs init

ng build

in dist folder comment 

ipfs add -r dist

Optional:

ipfs name publish <hash-generated-from-previous-command>

ipfs name resolve <hash-generated-from-previous-command>
