  • Clone the repo
  • Install all dependencies with npm install and yarn install
  • Create a Shopify public app and note down the app handle, the API key and API secret
  • Make a redirect URI that will serve the application (for example with ngrok)
  • Fill an .env file with all the necessary credentials, as shown on the .env.example
  • Install redis and run redis-server on a terminal
  • Make sure to have mysql installed with an empty database
  • Run node ace migration:run to create the shops table
  • Run npm run dev to run the development server as well as the Webpack Encore server
  • Install the Shopify app on your development store
