Repo including all necessary files for survey of Gene Set Analysis tools for EECS 458 Bioinformatics.
All data sets are in the top level of the repository. Reuslts are saved by folder by tool. Files with a suffix of _short were run with only the first set of 10 genes. XML files were intended for use in SPIA.
