Upload two items for sale. upload an image to the second lot with the same filename as the first lot. it will overwrite.
Ouch...
edit an item in your shop:
/admin/inventory/items/
change the sub category to something that is not the first in the list,
come back edit it again,
save the changes
the subcategory will now be the first item in the list.
