This repository contains scripts to reproduce analysis and figures presented in the manuscript Maver et al., in final preparation at the moment which will characterize and evaluate the alkaloid hordenine and its precursors in root of modern barley cv. Solist.
Note that the manuscript is submitted and those scripts may be modified as a consequence of the revision process.
