Sub-directories:

  • /MRIES  -  the MRIES toolbox (The tutorial can be seen in MRIES_tutorial.md)
  • /example  -  example subject using the MRIES (Because of the limitation of uploaded filesize, the example data is upload at figshare.)
  • /MRIES_tutorial.md  -   Tutorial of MRIES (Showing the MRIES Processing pipline and visualization by example data.)

To use MRIES:

  1. Start Matlab.

  2. Add the “MRIES” folder to path of Matlab.

  3. Type "MRIES" at the Matlab command prompt ">>" and press enter.

About example data

Because of the limitation of Github file size, we upload the whole example data at figshare.

The MRIES tutorial is also loaded in Github.

The detailed subject folder structure and data input organization can be seen in the tutorial as the example data. Users can use the example data to test the toolbox and process their own data after inputting them as example data.
