classic地图点击事件无效

使用classic集成地图时，如果controls配置上SuperMap.Control.Navigation或者SuperMap.Control.TouchNavigation，在网页上F12切换到Toggle device toolbar模式展示时，地图的click事件不会触发，普通模式下能够进行触发。
