A multithreaded c program that solves a barber shop problem. The barber has a set number of chairs, and can service one client at a time. When not busy, the barber is sleeping. If a client arrives and the barber is sleeping, they must wake them up. If a client arrives and the barber is busy, the client waits in a queue. If a client arrives and the queue is full, the client leaves. The barber takes a random amount of time to cut a clients hair.
