SBOL3 Features Table is displaying nested components, which shouldn't be shown

If a data type is nested inside another, it should not be shown in the feature table part of component.

For example, for multicellular system test case, component reference 2 is a base feature, so it shows up correctly. Component reference 1 is nested inside a constraint, but still shows up in the feature table. This causes the link to go to the sbolstandard.org instead of localhost.
