国内访问Github经常不稳定，速度很慢。其中原因之一就是国内DNS域名解析。这个脚本的功能是通过ipaddress.com查询Github各服务器最新的地址，并且检测到每个IP地址的网络访问延迟，最后将最新的IP地址和服务器的名字写入到系统的hosts文件，这样每次访问github的时候就不用通过国内的DNS了。
This script file provide a way to lookup the ip address of a given server name. and add the pair to hosts config file.
In order to run this scripts, Python3.6+ is needed. and use the requirements.txt to install the requested libraries. Only tested in Window10 (with python3.7)
pip3 install -r requirements.txt
GetIPAddressWithXpath : Get IP address from ipaddress.com and scrape it with XPath
GetIPAddressWithBS : Get IP address from ipaddress.com and scrape it with BeautifulSoup
checkHostsLatency : Read host and IP from system hosts config file, Ping the specific host IP to check the average latency in ms
updateHostsConfigFile : write the latest IP address for the hosts to the system config file
hostsCheckerApp> python hostscheckerApp.py
