Desktop Utility by script . Set up PATH variable before you go.
To fix volume error in Window 10:
- download this and unzip in somewhere and add to PATH variable
- run normalvolume.bat or Ctrl+ Shift +z to run it rightaway and leave it run. (dont turn of cmd instance).
