Set the datasource url, user and password in appliction.properties.
Execute at the project root folder the following command:
mvn clean install
Execute at the project root folder the following command:
mvn spring-boot:run
Navigate to http://localhost:8080/swagger-ui.html
For upload use Excel 2003 format(xls) with no headers, you can use 'sections.xls' present in the repository.
