Upgrade electronics mounting

Replace the existing aluminum electronics mounting bars with a slide-mount system which uses carbon fiber tubes.
Mount carbon fiber tubes to the midcap and design a modular, general mount which can slide on and off the tubes.
Leave enough room for all existing electronics and an OAK-D W PoE in the front.
