There are some notes taken for learning image processing

Files explication

  • Main_General_Methods.ipynb contains basic methods for image processing, such as:

    • Intensity Transformation
    • Morphological Operations
    • Spatial filtering
    • Frequency domain filtering
    • Geometric Transformation

  • Main_Notes.md contains the notes taken in the classes for each topics, in complementary of Main jupyter notebook codes.

  • MRI_Compressed_Sensing.ipynb is a small application to deal with Magnetic resonance imaging (MRI), where we can get a look at the k-space as well.
