Collection of helpful resources on the Zettelkasten method using Markdown editors.
There are tons of tool to kickstart your personal knowledge management, some I am aware of are:
- Obsidian: free to use, lots of community plugins
- Zettlr: open-source, focused on writing and publishing
- Roam: paid, geared towards research
- Foam: open-source editor inspired by Roam
- Dendron: free, geared towards developers (runs in VSCode)
- Notion: free/paid, not really Markdown, but similar philosophy; geared towards teams
