This is a imporved version of java gene finding appllication. In this application we check not only for one gene compelction but for three not only that we will look for all the codons in a gene sequence. And also we save all the genes in a ArrayList.
In this imporved version we will write code to find any stop codon from where "TAA", "TAG" and "TGA".
And also we will find all the genes in a gene sequence
