Both terminal and GUI versions run on Rosetta 2

Emacs is already running natively as of v27. Installed via homebrew formulae homebrew-emacs-plus, screenshot below showing aarch64.

The app/package used by homebrew/cask got updated recently to 27.2, so you can just install it by
brew install --cask emacs
This works natively on Apple silicon
