[BUG] Cancel button hover effect is blue

Describe the bug
The cancel button looks bad when hovered over as it uses the blue overlay instead of a red one.
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
- Hover over a red button
Expected behavior
The hover acts as a highlight, showing the same colour but lighter.
