Stamping can erase particles in different areas of the simulation

I'm not sure what is causing this, nor how I would debug it. Even still, it is reproducible so I will show how to do that.

To Reproduce

  • Open id:2968121
  • Play the simulation
  • Draw DMND over the top block of material
  • While still unpaused, stamp something on top of the DMND.

After doing that, the variants on the bottom do get destroyed for no apparent reason.

Pasting has been removing stacking since 96.0 and snapshot 215, but it's only meant to do that in spots where the stamp being pasted has particles. Definitely not on the other side of the simulation.
