Ability to move crosshair on the camera View tab

Right now for the crosshairs they're set to be centered directly on the camera view window, but it would be helpful to be able to be able to move the position of the crosshair center to be anywhere within the window, either by right clicking somewhere or inputting coordinate values in some tab or something.
