Video Chat Replayer is a realtime chat replayer for downloaded videos. Created specifically for Twitch VODs and Chat files.
Video Chat Replayer uses your browser to playback your chat files alongside your video file, in sync, no rendering required.
Currently, any donwloaded Mp4 videos will work. However, for chat files, I STRONGLY reccomend using TwitchDownloader to get your chat files. You should also select the options to embed images and all emotes. The Required Format for chat files is Json.
Plays Selected Video and Chat files in Sync, with each new chat line appearing at the correct time. Also includes an option to offset chat, allowing to manually adjust the sync.

Clicking on a Message's time stamp allows you to jump directly to that moment in the video.
Currently supports embedded emotes and bits.

Currently, the Chapter Select only works if the video has embedded chapter Metadata. (Using mediainfo.js)
The options menu lets you customize certain aspects of the player.
To help performance, only a limited number of messages can be shown at once. This option lets you decrease/increase that. (Default 150)
Allows the chat messages to appear with an offset.
Higher values make the messages show up later (adding Delay). Negative Values make messages appear sooner.
Allows you to choose an accent color of your preference. Used for sub messages. (Using Spectrum)
