Installation
Install this gem via rubygems with the following command:
gem install bmi-thenaoxOr if you want to use it on bundled project please copy and paste this line:
gem 'bmi-thenaox'Usage
You can easly calculate your body mass index using this
class by initializing a new BodyMassIndex object on your code:
weight = 85 # Kilograms
height = 1.77 # Meters
bmi = BodyMassIndex.new(weight, height)
bmi.calculate_index
# => 27.14Please make sure you provide your weight and height information
in Kilograms and Meters for a safe calculation.
