Python script for plotting Fermi surfaces in .bxsf format.

Usage

In a directory containing .bxsf files with format case.bxsf.band-n run fs_plot.py case to plot the fermi surface.

Dependencies

This code has been developed and tested with the following packages on a Linux 22.04 LTS system: - python 3.9.10 - numpy 1.20.3 - matplotlib 3.7.1 - scipy 1.7.3 - pyvista 0.37.0 - triangle 1.6 - pandas 1.5.3 - seaborn 0.11.2 - copy from python 3.9.10
