This material supports the paper untitled "The Environmental Footprint of IC Production: Review, Analysis and Lessons from Historical Trends".
We gathered data from foundry reports, industry roadmaps, scientific literature, and commercial state-of-the-art LCA databases. All assumptions are detailed in the .XLSX file. The original version of this material can be found on IEEE DataPort, doi: https://dx.doi.org/10.21227/bjaa-yy58. This GitHub version is intended to foster interactions with the community and potential improvements.
One single .XLSX file contains all data and assumptions. The core of the data can be found in sheets (2)-(4) whereas all other sheets provide in-depth details for each values reported in sheets (2)-(4).
