this is a simple toon shader that works on Unity 2019
Using the Universal RenderPipeLine Renderer
- supports rim light
- fully customizable
- specular light and reflection
- casts and receive shadows
- Mobile friendly
It does not use any ramp texture and the whole effect is achieved by a CustomLighting hlsl file
