This repo contains full record of CO2 flux data for the two eosFD probes located in Prague - Krc and in Zofin natural forest. Data from TMS probes (labelled with ID of each probe) come from Zofin intensive circle. Probes number 94182212 and 94182215 are placed next to eosFD probe and thus represent soil temperature of the probe.
