Look at defaults for tables

Currently the defaults for tables aren’t all that sensible as they tend to be used without classes in content (especially if using a CMS as they are used for tabular content).

So, going to look at making the default styles for tables more useful – providing simple defaults that can be extended.

Will also update the docs once this work is complete.

I’ve started work on it – just need to finish it off. Should get something pushed tomorrow I’d have thought.
