Patches to make dokku happy with SELinux.
This plugin does not exposes any commands, but hooks into dokku itself to make things work with SELinux.
Here is a short description of what the plugin does.
Upon installation, the plugin adds two policies to have the per-app nginx
configs readable by nginx (i.e. to label them as httpd_conf_t).
Every time nginx will reload its config, it will restore the selinux contexts
for the nginx config files (nginx.conf and nginx.conf.d/).
