We sought to estimate the magnitude of socioeconomic disparity in childhood asthma that would remain if no child were admitted to hospital for bronchiolitis during infancy. This repository contains three scripts:
- Stata code to define asthma/wheeze at ages 2 to 9 years (for use in script 2)
- Mplus code to implement latent class growth analysis (LCGA), which was used to model asthma/wheeze trajectory groups
- Stata code to implement mediation analyses and bootstrapping
