Description
The "join our mailing list" blurb on the homepage should be centered vertically, so there is not that blank space in homepage
Steps to Reproduce
- Go to 'ieeebruins.com'
- Click on N/A
- Scroll down to 'Join our mailing list'
- See error
Expected Behavior
Div centered veritcally
Actual Behavior
It's ugly
