What is a non-COVID class?

It is a bit vague: does it include all non-COVID, i.e. Normal + Common Pneumonia, or only Common Pneumonia/only Normal?

I am so confused. With using my machine-learning model, the convid-19 CTs were detected very well, over 90% accurency. But when detecting non-Covid CTs, the accurency is lower than 2%. My model is successful in many datasets which contain both covid-19 and healthy human, usually has more than 90% accurency. Why I fail this time? I wonder if this non-Cocid dataset has some special points or even worse features?
