Incorrect plotting for BEND

We must adapt the plotting method for the keyword BEND to take into account the wedge angles of the magnet.
Indeed these ones are defined with respect to the sector angle.

This has been fixed in the develop branch. Here is the result for a Bend with W_E and W_S = 10 degrees
