About The Project

The Social Determinants of Health (SDH) dataset is compiled by the CRANE team at the University of Nebraska Medical Center.

The primary data source is the US Census Bureau's American Community Survey dataset (2019).

Installation

  1. Clone the repo 
    git clone https://github.com/UNMC-CRANE/SDH.git

Usage

  1. Statistical data by census tract is located in SDH_Stats.csv
  2. Column descriptions are located in SDH_Columns.csv
