A free and opensource English to Khmer dictionary.
Add tmx and tbx to XBench (http://www.xbench.net/index.php/download - new project then add the files one at a time) then export to tabbed separated (Tools menu). Then open in Excel, delete extra columns and save as Excel file. Then use Babylon Glossary Builder to create file that is usable in Golden Dict (make sure and enable UTF-8 in Advanced). To convert to other formats use Linux and dictconv To convert to other formats use Linux and dictconv (ex. dictconv sbbic-english-khmer-dictionary-9-3-15.bgl -o sbbic-english-khmer-dictionary-9-3-15.ifo).
