Smart Screen detection

No matter what (from my tests) it detects smart screen. What's the best way to bypass smart screen? Should I be trying to find a crypter (native ) or even an obfuscator (managed)? Also, would be a huge help if you could link a good crypter or obsfucator or even a recourse where I could learn all this myself.
You can't really bypass SmartScreen usually, except if it "blocks" it due to some found bytes which is the only case when a crypter or obfuscator would probably help, but usually it blocks files because they aren't signed and/or reputable. A lot of legitimate files found online also triggers SmartScreen since they aren't always signed or isn't on Microsoft list of reputable programs. SmartScreen (usually) doesn't warn you that a program contains malware but instead that it comes from an recognized publisher. There used to be some exploits where you cloned a signed programs signing but I'm pretty sure that doesn't work anymore.
