Cannot save library settings when using iPad Safari or Chrome.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Open Settings
  2. Open config for library
  3. Notice no 'X' to close/save changes

Expected behavior: Should see an 'X' in upper right corner to save/close changes

Actual behaviour: There is no 'X' present

Reproduces how often: 100%
