CDS-API docker container
This is a container image for the CDSAPI python package. It is designed for use with Common Workflow Language (CWL) tool descriptors and workflows.
Requirements
- Docker (version 18.09 or later)
Usage
Tool descriptors
Tool descriptors are available in the Atmospheric Tool Library.
Workflows
Workflows using these tools are available on WorkflowHub in the Air Quality Prediction group.
Container Information
The cdsapi
library has been installed via pip.
This can be loaded by python scripts run within the container in the usual manner.
To use the tool you will need to register with the CDS portal, and provide a .cdsapirc
file.
Instructions for doing this are available from https://cds.climate.copernicus.eu/api-how-to.
