i.e: Does this board have everything we need for it to perform its function?

Stuff we should probably consider
- A proper connector for battery and not just SMD pads
- swap 12V output since we are using the pi (5V I think?)
- currently buck and boost are rated for 5A, this may need to change for pi
- currently we have screw terminals for connecting to the pi, could use USB instead. This might be unstable though, would hate for this to disconnect in the middle of competition
