fixed the tpu error issue while using latest aitextgen version on latest pytorch when your system doesnt have tpu and gives error on cpu and gpu.
to use it:
git clone into project repo and instead of importing using 'from aitextgen import aitextgen' use 'from aitextgen_fix import aitextgen'
